Compra de ABONOS para las sesiones de FANT 24.
- Este abono da derecho a su titular a acudir a todas las sesiones de FANT 24 hasta completar aforo. Para que sea válido para acceder a las sesiones en Golem Alhóndiga y Sala BBK, será obligatorio canjearlo en taquilla de Golem por un abono en papel presentando el resguardo impreso que recibirá en su email después de la compra y su DNI.
- Para las sesiones de inauguración del Teatro Campos del día 4 de Mayo, el resguardo impreso anterior junto con el DNI dan derecho a retirar a su titular 3 entradas (1 para cada sesión) en caso de no haber retirado anteriormente el abono físico en Golem. Para las sesiones del 4 de mayo en adelante, será imprescindible canjear el resguardo impreso por el abono en papel en la taquilla de Golem Alhóndiga presentando el mismo documento impreso y su DNI.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
