LA CERVEZA ARTESANA SE ASOMA A LA SIERRA DE CÁDIZ
El 23 de mayo se celebrará la segunda edición de Olvera Beer Festival, que contará con 5 cervecerías artesanas andaluzas
La plaza Andalucía, la cual es conocida popularmente como "la Alameda" acogerá la segunda edición de Olvera Beer Festival, una feria de cerveza artesanal que tratará de acercar de nuevo la Sierra de Cádiz a esta revolución que se está viviendo los ultimos años en el mundo de la cerveza.
El evento contará con 5 cerveceras de diferentes partes de Andalucía, La Pepa desde Jerez de la Frontera, Savis desde Málaga, Odiel desde Valverde del Camino, Gaitanejo desde Ardales y La Piñonera desde Puerto Real. Todas ellas son pequeñas empresas jóvenes e independientes, que valoran la calidad de su producto por encima de todo y que encuentran en este tipo de eventos el escaparate necesario para conectar con el gran público de forma directa.
La feria arrancará a las 11 de la mañana y se prolongará hasta las 10 de la noche, contando también con puntos de venta de productos típicos de la Sierra de Cádiz y con una barra de comida caliente y bebidas sin alcohol.
El festival, que cuenta con la colaboración de la concejalía de turismo del ayuntamiento de Olvera, permitirá a los asistentes descubrir múltiples estilos de cerveza, cada uno con su aspecto, aroma y sabor característico y lo más dificil de encontrar en otros lugares, la historia que esconde detrás cada cerveza y la cual podrá consultar directamente a los creadores de la misma.
Cada vez más en España el público se interesa más por la calidad de las cervezas que bebe y poco a poco empiezan a sonarle estilos y procesos. El objetivo a corto plazo es acabar con la generalización del producto y que no se pida solo por tamaño "una caña, por favor", sino que el cliente sepa qué se está bebiendo.
