Taller de iniciación al corte de jamón.
* Teoría (1h): Breve introducción al mundo del jamón y en particular al mundo del ibérico.
* Práctica (4h): Cortaremos un jamón ibérico desde cero y veremos las distintas técnicas de corte y conservación.
Cada participante cortará de las tres partes diferenciadas del jamón: Maza, punta y babilla, manteniendo en todo momento el corte horizontal, mientras le aconsejamos como conseguir la loncha perfecta para sorprender a sus invitados con un buen plato de jamón.
El taller está limitado a 10 participantes.
El jamón ibérico que se corte durante el curso se repartirá entre todos los participantes.
La organización aportará todo el material necesario: Jamón, soporte jamonero, cuchillos, medios audiovisuales... así como un delantal y guantes para cada participante.
Tras el curso cada participante recibirá un diploma de aprovechamiento del curso.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
