La autoestima es la percepción evaluativa de nosotros mismos, es nuestro amor propio. Desde nuestra más tierna infancia, empezamos con esta percepcióny nos sigue condicionando durante toda nuestra vida adulta.Nos creamos una imagen mental de nuestra personalidad, aspecto físico y nuestras fortalezas y debilidades. Esta autoimagen que tenemos de nosotros mismos contribuye a nuestra autoestima (o falta de autoestima).
Aprender a quererse no es nada fácil, nadie nos lo ha enseñado y cuando llega la hora de la verdad muchas veces nos tratamos mal, nos juzgamos, nos criticamos. Somos nuestros peores críticos. En este taller aprenderemos a desarrollar nuestro amor propio, desde la consciencia y conectando con nuestro interior y nuestro corazón. Gracias a técnicas de Kundalini Yoga & meditación, haremos un viaje hacia nuestro interior.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
