Después del éxito de nuestro retiro de mayo en el pre-Pirineo en colaboración con 
nuestros amigos del Albergue El Fragal en Orés, hemos decidido apostar por otra colaboración a finales de septiembre. Del 29 de septiembre al 1 de octubre, nos volvemos a juntar con mucha ilusión en Orés, un precioso pueblo de origen medieval, con edificios del siglo XII.
El enfoque del retiro está en el perdón y la aceptación. Muchas veces no podemos vivir en el amor y la alegría porque no somos capaces de perdonar a nosotrxs mismxs y a los demás por diversas transgresiones, de menor o mayor importancia que vamos arastrando. Si nos apegamos a las experiencias negativas de la vida, somatizamos estas experiencias en nuestro propio cuerpo y podemos llegar a enfermar. Nuestro cuerpo nos avisa a través de los dolores, enfermedades porque no estamos escuchando nuestra voz interior y volvemos a recordar una situación dolorosa, nos llenamos de razones por sentirnos mal, volvemos a sentir las mismas emociones negativas que en el momento de una pelea de hace 10 años a lo mejor. El rencor que se puede guardar hacia una persona solamente nos hace daño a nosotrxs, entonces ¿no crees que es el momento de cambiar ya? ¿Tienes ganas de soltar tus problemas pasados, abrirte al cambio y dejar atrás tus bloqueos aceptándote tal como eres?
Durante el retiro, trabajaremos a través de prácticas meditativas y yóguicas, el perdón y la aceptación.
LUGAR: Albergue El Fragal, alojamiento en habitaciones compartidas (4-6 personas)
FECHAS: del viernes 29 de septiembre (por la tarde) hasta el domingo 1 de octubre (después de comer)
A QUIEN VA DIRIGIDO: A personas con ganas de experimentar y disfrutar del yoga, la meditación, la comida vegetariana.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
