A través de la rítmica refuerzan la destreza y la armonía del movimiento.
Con la expresión corporal mejoran la comunicación de los sentimientos partiendo de la representación simbólica.
Realizan malabares, beneficiando así todo lo referente a la coordinación, tanto manual como gruesa.
Aumenta la flexibilidad, los reflejos y orientación espacial. Refuerza la autoestima y desarrolla la capacidad de adaptación. Aumenta su seguridad personal. Enriquece el dominio corporal. Trabajan la superación personal y esfuerzo para superar las dificultades.
