Esta dinámica busca que la persona pueda sentirse autónoma en su cuidado, ya que el objetivo es aprender a sentir y escuchar el cuerpo permitiendo así que procesos innatos e inteligentes en nuestro organismo surjan y logren cambios fisiológicos y psico-emocionales. Avanzando en la medida de sus posibilidades.
