Se graba cada día de Lunes a Jueves de 17.00h 19.30h.
El punto de encuentro es a las 17h en la placita delante del edificio donde está situado el plató. Allí la encargada de público pasará lista, darán un bocadillo y una botella de agua y ya se entrará a disfrutar del programa.
El único requisito es tener más de 18 años.
