Os espero todos los sábados, para preparar el cuerpo movilizando articulaciones y calentando los músculos y así empoderarnos bailando, soltando tensiones y sintiéndonos libres. Una combinación equilibrada con la práctica de yoga y meditación para recuperar el aliento y liberar emociones; logrando una sensación de bienestar para volver a casa con alegría y relajación. O puedes quedarte a disfrutar de la puesta del sol bebiendo unos jugos naturales en el chiringuito... ;)
