"BEAT YOGA" es el encuentro con tu propio "Beat",la música que pulsa en ti.
Es una práctica en la que a través de las asanas de yoga abrimos una ventana para liberar el movimiento y dejar que el cuerpo se exprese guiado por su propio pulsar.
Es una oportunidad para conectar con tu expresión,con tu respiración,con tu movimiento,con todo tu ser y dejarte SER.
Toda la sesión va acompañada de música con una maravillosa playlist que va en sintonía con la práctica que vamos a realizar y en la parte final la música será en directo para amenizar de manera más personal la relajación.
Estas sesiones se hacen en contacto con la naturaleza,de ahí que vayamos a adentrarnos en la casa de campo tras encontrarnos en el mirador del lago.
La práctica comenzará a las 11 por lo que la hora de encuentro será 10:30 para llegar al punto exacto donde realizaremos la práctica que será de 11 a 12:30 a.m.
El precio son 12 E y se abona para confirmar la reserva.

I have not received my BEAT YOGA ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your BEAT YOGA tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your BEAT YOGA tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my BEAT YOGA ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
