Llega Arimen Gaua con Buztinjuice. Aquí podeís comprar las entradas al inframundo y ya veremos si conseguís salir de ahí. Normas del inframundo: las entradas tienen un horario, este es orientativo por lo que si se retrasa por favor, abstenerse de presionar al personal del pasaje y esperad con calma. Es necesario estar 15 minutos antes de la hora. NO se cambiarán bajo ninguna circunstancia el horario de las entradas, si un grupo quiere ir junto y no hay entradas en ese turno, coged en uno que haya. Si las txikis necesitan entrar acompañadas, la persona adulta también debe de coger entrada, no se dejará pasar a NADIE sin esta. NO se devuelve la aportación en ninguna circunstancia ajena a la organización. Las personas del pasaje están actuando por lo que se mantendrán en sus personajes. REITERAMOS QUE SE MANTENGA EL RESPETO POR EL PERSONAL DE LO CONTRARIO NO SE PODRÁ PERMANECER EN EL EVENTO.

I have not received my BUZTINJUICE ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your BUZTINJUICE tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your BUZTINJUICE tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my BUZTINJUICE ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
