En este taller, se catan 6 quesos diferentes (requesón, queso pasta blanda, piel enmohecida, piel lavada, pasta prensada, azul) y de diferente leche (cabra, oveja, vaca).
Todos los quesos son de pequeños elaboradores, artesanos, y procedentes de un afinador quesero, para que el queso esté en su punto de maduración adecuado. (Evidentemente, se cortaran al momento, no vienen cortados en bandejas para evitar oxidaciones).
Los 6 vinos, son de diferentes Denominaciones de Origen, (blancos, rosado, tinto, cava, dulce), pensado cada uno de ellos para armonizarse con la maduración de cada queso.
Cada comensal, tendrá un plato donde habrá dispuesta 6 porciones de queso, y tendrá 6 copas, donde se le servirán los vinos.
En la mesa habrá también, para quien quiera, panes diferentes (blanco, cereales, frutos secos, etc) y mermeladas artesanas.
Nosotros traemos todo el material necesario (platos, copas, vinos, quesos, cubiertos) sólo necesitamos una mesa suficientemente amplia donde cada comensal pueda tener el plato y las copas.
La cata consta de una primera parte teórica, en formato Power Point, y luego la cata práctica.
