Un espacio semanal para conectar con nosostros a través del cuerpo y el movimiento, potenciar nuestra vitalidad, creatividad, fluidez y alegría.
Una propuesta para profundizar y expresar nuestras emociones, aflojar tensiones y recuperar la sabiduría del cuerpo.

Las clases de Movimiento Vital Expresivo son un espacio donde:
• Aprender a contactar y habitar nuestro cuerpo
• Espacio donde nos movemos, danzamos, expresamos y nos encontramos con nosotros mismos
y con el otro
• Explorar, escuchar y atender a lo que el cuerpo necesita
• Aflojar y liberar bloqueos físicos y/o emocionales
• Contactar con nuestra creatividad, el juego y lo creativo
• Explorar otras formas de movernos, de expresarnos y relacionarnos con nosotros mismos y con
los demás
• Abrirnos a una expresión más espontánea y auténtica
• Recuperar la sabiduría del cuerpo
• Nos movemos inicialmente desde el movimiento guiado dando paso al movimiento libre,
expresivo, y creativo
• Nos abrimos al juego, al contacto, a la dramatización, la expresión y la creatividad
• Estimular los centros de energía (chakras) con el movimiento, la música y la intención
