La palabra Chakra viene del sánscrito que significa “rueda”. Son como pequeños vórtices de energía que ruedan continuamente, pero pueden bloquearse en situaciones de peligro o estrés.
Cuando se bloquean aparecen las enfermedades físicas o psicológicas y para devolver el equilibrio deben abrirse o activarse de nuevo. Hay muchas técnicas para hacerlo, entre ellas el yoga, flores de bach, musicoterapia, cromoterapia, aromaterapia, reiki.
A través del movimiento corporal, el contacto con otras personas, la expresión personal, la meditación, visualizaciones y la respiración, desbloquearemos zonas del cuerpo. Trabajaremos armónicamente tus 7 centros de energía corporal que repercuten directamente en la mejora psicoemocional.
Puedes dar el curso en MARTES A 20,30h: Curso completo 7 sesiones (80e) o asistir puntualmente a una sesión (15e)
Puedes dar el curso en MIERCOLES A 19h: Curso completo 7 sesiones (50e) o asistir puntualmente a una sesión (10e)
Serán sesiones consecutivas todos los MARTES a 20,30h o MIERCOLES a 19h

Martes 5 marzo o Miercoles 6 marzo
3er Chakra del Plexo Solar– Diafragma / Estomago (Conexión con la voluntad, el poder personal, la autoestima y el mostrarme o cerrarme. Mejora de la Ansiedad y soltar Dolor) Martes 12 marzo o Miercoles 13 marzo
4to Chakra Corazón – Pecho (Mejora del Ánimo y capacidad de Relacionarme y de Amar Martes 19 marzo o Miercoles 20 marzo
5to Chakra de la Garganta- Cuello y hombros (Zona de Control lógico, rebajar Exigencia y Perfeccionismo, y poder Comunicarme de forma más clara y veraz)

7mo Chakra de la Coronilla - Coronilla (Conexión espiritual y Superación de Apegos)
