El taller está pensado para tres horas pero no cerraremos hasta que todos tengáis enfocado- avanzado vuestro trabajo!
Entrenándonos en sueños lúcidos o lo que es lo mismo, despertando en el sueño y dirigiéndolo, nos entrenarnos en limitaciones, tanto físicas como emocionales, de nuestra vida cotidiana para lograr superarlas, convirtiéndonos en nuestro propio psicoterapeuta.
Trabajaremos la base del sueño común, teórica y prácticamente, como vía directa a la mente profunda, con la idea de sentar unas buenas bases hacia el trabajo de los sueños lúcidos.
Aprenderemos cómo lograr elaborar y superar nuestros conflictos en sueños, a partir del sueño consciente.
Curso pensado para vIvir y aprender a evolucionar, mediante los SUEÑOS LÚCIDOS, toda limitación o inquietud presente en nuestra vida despierta, abriéndonos a la comprensión de los auténticos mensajes del Inconsciente.
Desencriptaremos la información profunda de nuestra mente que no sabemos como recuperar o incluso que no tenemos conciencia de que existe pero nos daña. Nuestro racional limita el trabajo del Inconsciente por temor al sufrimiento, cuestión que resolveremos con el dominio de los sueños lúcidos

* A partir de su trabajo continuado y profundo podemos auto analizarnos.
* Entrenar habilidades ya conocidas.

* Preguntar a nuestro Inconsciente el porqué de algo que no comprendemos o el porqué presentamos ciertas dificultades y entrenarnos para superarlas, investigar sobre un tema que nos preocupe o queramos saber.
* Entrenarnos en la superación de fobias y demás miedos.
