Curso de Gestión emocional en momentos de incertidumbre y cambios
En estos momentos en los que gran parte de nosotros tenemos que enfrentarnos a situaciones de cambios importantes en nuestra vida, o vivimos circunstancias de gran incertidumbre es fundamental que nuestro estado anímico y emocional pueda ser el apropiado, de manera que nos ayude a tomar las decisiones desde un estado mental estable.
Con este taller aprenderemos a conocer más en profundidad nuestro estado emocional, y aprenderemos técnicas de regulación. Para ellos utilizaremos técnicas de mentalización para el aumento del conocimiento de uno mismo, atención plena en el aquí y el ahora, gestión emocional y potenciación de aquellas emociones que sean funcionales para tener una vida más saludable.
Todo con la intención de que incluso cuando las circunstancias puedan ser más adversas o de incertidumbre nuestro estado interno pueda ser lo más estable posible. Incluimos técnicas de relajación que nos ayudarán a mantener la calma cuando más lo necesitemos.
Puedes realizar el Curso completo 6 sesiones (75e) o asistir puntualmente a una sesión (15e)
Serán sesiones consecutivas todos los lunes a 20,30h.
