Breema está basado en Los Nueve Principios de Armonía y en una comprensión de los principios universales que gobiernan la vida y la salud. Es la forma natural más simple de tocar y movilizar el cuerpo. También es una enseñanza del corazón, una expresión del principio unificador de la Existencia. Su propósito es crear armonía y equilibrio entre tu mente, tu cuerpo, y tus emociones, así como en la relación contigo mismo, los demás y toda la vida.
