Cada alumn@ ha de traer un modelo a las clases. Y 2 toallas. Alumn@/modelo acuerdan el día y hora, cada semana. El primer día se realiza el pago y se entrega el dossier con la parte teórica y los pases de la técnica, la primera clase es sólo teoría y una demostración de la técnica (el almun@ recibe el masaje), no es implescindible la presencia del modelo. Las siguientes son prácticas con el/la modelo. La duración media del curso es de 4 clases, pudiendo ser 5 dependiendo del nivel del alumno/a. El último día se entrega el certificado.
