¡El Digital Customer Day llega a Madrid! Si te interesa saber más sobre la experiencia de cliente, este tu evento. Organizado por IEBS School y Omnicampaign, el Digital Customer Day pretende ser un punto de encuentro en el que líderes digitales puedan aprender cómo la revolución digital está transformando la forma en que las empresas deben renovar la experiencia que ofrecen al cliente, y de cómo implantar de forma exitosa una cultura digital centrada en éste.
A las 16:30, empezaremos con una interesante serie de conferencias impartidas por reputados expertos que tratarán las estrategias óptimas para que el cliente sea el centro de la experiencia en plena transformación digital. Seguiremos con una mesa redonda en la que se debatirán las nuevas tendencia en Customer Experience.
Y cerraremos la jornada con el Birra Time, un momento de afterwork para tomar una cerveza mientras aprovechas para hacer networking.

I have not received my Digital Customer Day ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Digital Customer Day tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Digital Customer Day tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Digital Customer Day ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
