Pablo Picasso é considerado o mais influente artista do século XX. Afinal, ele rompeu com todas as bases da pintura conhecidas até então para criar uma corrente artística: o cubismo.
Neste curso, vamos ver o início da carreira do artista, sua formação, as primeiras obras e principalmente, como olhar/apreciar uma obra cubista. Assim, estudaremos as fases azul, rosa e os princípios cubistas.
Por conta de sua extensa e prolífica carreira, este curso terá uma segunda parte no último sábado de junho.
O que é o Encontro com a Arte?
O Encontro com a Arte é uma iniciativa para mostrar artistas ou movimentos artísticos de maneira informal, mas nem por isso, menos informativa.
Consiste numa reunião onde vemos a biografia e as principais obras de um autor. Não é preciso conhecimento prévio, apenas muita vontade de aprender!

Quem sou eu?
Juliana Bezerra de Menezes, formada em História pela PUC/RJ, mestrado em História pela Universidade de Acalá e especializada em Relações Internacionais pela Unilsalle (RJ). Moro em Madrid há dez anos onde organizo tours pela cidade e pelos museus do Prado, Reina Sofia e Thyssen-Bornemisza.
Desde janeiro realizo estes encontros mensais sobre a obra e a biografia dos pintores espanhóis.

Olá! Meu nome é Juliana Bezerra de Menezes, professora e historiadora formada pela PUC/RJ. Desde 2010 moro em Madrid e desde 2013 tenho o Rumo a Madrid, um perfil onde você pode encontrar dicas sobre a cidade- Também guio turistas brasileiros pela cidade e pelos seus museus.
Para isso tive que aprender uma cidade, seus costumes, ruas e sua gente. Tive que estudar três museus belíssimos, cheio de obras de arte e quer saber? Deu trabalho, mas o esforço é recompensado cada vez que vejo as pessoas se encantarem com as maravilhas que veem ali.
Por isso, quero dividir todo meu conhecimento e minha paixão por Madrid com você através de cursos de história e arte.
