Bienvenid@s al IN RUNNING TEAM,🤩un grupo de entrenamiento de corredores! Entrenaremos dos días a la semana, un entrenamiento de series el sábado,⚡ cada sábado las series serán diferentes y la capitana, Tamara, explicará el entrenamiento y organizará el grupo antes de empezar.🚀 Y el domingo tendremos un rodaje o tirada larga.🏃♂️ Para que tod@s podáis participar, el grupo se organizará en diferentes niveles adaptando los ritmos y la distancia para que sea acorde con todo. Apúntate a estos primeros entrenamientos de prueba y disfruta entrenando en compañíaa.💪
Al adquirir tu entrada te añadiremos a un grupo de whatsapp para saber toda la información de los entrenamientos!😊
