Spiritual yoga at the beach, an amazing place to meditate and get a deeper contact with your inner and higher self. I guide you into meditation with positive messages and affirmations. With gentle movements, we synchronize breathing with healing asanas and bringing together body, mind and soul.
Meet new people, bring your family and friend and embrace the beautiful nature.
The class in hold in English (my English....) with same little Spanish or Swedish translate if is necessary and the session is for beginner and intermediate. My yoga is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa flow and the class is 1.15h.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO DONATE, what comes from your heart will rejoice me, thank you!
Bring your own mat or a big towel and don't forget your bottle of water and your bathing suit, just in case you feel like taking a dip after we yoga.
