Trabajamos a favor del cuerpo enfatizando en la calidad del movimiento, la postura y la atención consciente.
Mediante sesiones amenas y ejercicios sencillos y de intensidad baja y moderada.,esta dinámica facilitamos que la persona pueda sentirse autónoma en su cuidado, aprendiendo a escuchar su cuerpo permitiendo y perminiendo así que procesos innatos e inteligentes en nuestro organismo surjan y logren cambios fisiológicos y psico-emocionales.

¿Cuál es la política de reembolsos?
Una vez has hecho el pago de la reserva, habremos bloqueado tu plaza en nuestro taller. Si decides finalmente no asistir al curso, no te será devuelta esta reserva, ya que las plazas son muy limitadas.
