CURSO GRUPAL de DESBLOQUEO DE CENTROS DE ENERGIA (chakras) con TERAPIA CORPORAL
La palabra Chakra en sánscrito significa “rueda”. Son pequeños vórtices de energía que ruedan continuamente en el cuerpo, pero pueden bloquearse en situaciones de estrés. Cuando se bloquean aparecen las enfermedades físicas o psicológicas, y para devolver el equilibrio deben abrirse o activarse de nuevo.
A través del movimiento corporal, el contacto con otras personas, la expresión personal, la meditación, visualizaciones y la respiración, desbloquearemos zonas del cuerpo: tus 7 centros de energía corporal, repercutiendo directamente en la mejora psico-emocional.
Puedes dar el curso en MARTES A 20,30h: Curso completo 7 sesiones (80e) o asistir puntualmente a una sesión (15e)
Puedes dar el curso en MIERCOLES A 19h: Curso completo 7 sesiones (50e) o asistir puntualmente a una sesión (10e)
Serán sesiones consecutivas todos los MARTES a 20,30h o MIERCOLES a 19h

2do Chakra Sacro-Lumbar- Pelvis (Mejora de la Vitalidad y energía sexual. Mejora de la capacidad para sentir Placer)
Martes 23 abril o Miercoles 24 abril
3er Chakra del Plexo Solar– Diafragma / Estomago (Conexión con la voluntad, el poder personal, la autoestima y el mostrarme o cerrarme. Mejora de la Ansiedad y soltar Dolor) Martes 30 abril o Miercoles 8 mayo
4to Chakra Corazón – Pecho (Mejora del Ánimo y capacidad de Relacionarme y de Amar Martes 7 mayo o Miercoles 15 mayo
5to Chakra de la Garganta- Cuello y hombros (Zona de Control lógico, rebajar Exigencia y Perfeccionismo, y poder Comunicarme de forma más clara y veraz)
