Para conocer el Tantra, hay que vivir el Tantra, descubrirlo y experimentarlo. Este taller es una introducción a esta maravillosa visión de la vida y de ti mismo, para conectar con tu amor propio, aprender a amar de forma sana a los demás y conectar con nuestra energía vital. A través de diferentes juegos y ejercicios crearemos un espacio de seguridad e intimidad dónde poder abrirnos a los demás desde el corazón, adentrándonos juntos y poco a poco en la belleza del compartir, conectando con El o La Sanadora que llevamos dentro, sensibilizando el cuerpo a través del toque consciente y amoroso.
