Si os apuntáis en Septiembre, la matrícula es GRATIS.
La actividad de Judo la realizamosdesde un enfoque totalmente pedagógico, en un espacio orientado a la expresión, el respeto, la comunicación y la relajación, porque tan importante es saber moverse como saber parar, saber hablar y saber escuchar. Es una excelente actividad extraescolar donde aprenden a medir sus fuerzas, encauzan la agresividad, mejoran el control corporal y la concentración, trabajan las habilidades motrices y la capacidad de reacción, el equilibrio, la agilidad mental y corporal,despiertan el sentido de superación frente a las dificultades y aprenden a diferenciar la "lucha" de la "pelea".
NIVEL 1: Martes 17.30h a 18.30h
A partir de 4 años.
- Juegos de confrontación y técnicas básicas de Judo.
- Encauzar la agresividad normal.
- Aprender a respetar las reglas.
- Perder el temor a la confrontación.
- Potenciar el compañerismo.
- Aprender a escuchar.
- Conocer y respetar al otro.
Nivel 2: Martes 18.30h a 19.30h
A partir de 7 años:
- Aprender a luchar.
- Aprender a conocer las posibilidades y los limites.
- Atreverse, pero también controlarse.
- Superar dificultades.
- Respeto y orden global.
- Aprender a escoger la respuesta adecuada en función del ataque.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your JUDO (nivel 1 ó nivel 2)- CLASE GRATIS tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
