Clase Abierta y Gratuita de Kundalini Yoga de la mano de Fran Ballesta y Nuria Martín. Formadores de Kundalini Yoga y grandes referentes en la comunidad de Kundalini Yoga en España, alumnos de Hargobind Singh que fue discípulo de Yogui Bhajan por más de 30 años.
Vendrán a ofrecernos una clase en la que practicaremos una Kriya y Meditación de Kundalini. Al finalizar la práctica recibiremos un maravilloso Baño de Gongs y Sonidos Chamánicos.
Y por último nos hablarán de su Formación de Profesores que comenzarán en Octubre
