TALLER AVANZADO DE CALDOS PARA ARROCES SECOS
Este taller está especialmente recomendado para los alumnos que ya hayan realizado el "Taller online de arroces secos y capa fina con socarrat"
A diferencia del primer módulo, este taller es 100% teórico, por lo que no necesitas estar en una cocina.
Si no has realizado el primer taller, muchas cosas de este no las vas a entender, así que recomiendo fervientemente no apuntarse a este sin haber aprendido primero las bases del anterior
El taller se graba en vídeo, por lo que podrás repasarlo tranquilamente en otro momento. En cualquier caso, recomiendo tomar notas de las cosas más importantes (¡que son varias!
Que se grabe en vídeo también es interesante porque, si te surgiera un imprevisto y finalmente no pudieras participar en directo, no lo perderías.
Al momento de adquirir la entrada se te facilitará vía mail un enlace a ZOOM para conectarse el día del taller. Si no fuera así, revisa la carpeta spam de tu correo o contacta al correo que aparece más abajo.

De vocación tardía por la cocina pero con mucha pasión, las ganas de mejorar me llevan en 2014 a apuntarme a Le Cordon Bleu, de donde saldré con una sólida base de cocina. Es esa sólida base de cocina la que me permitirá. con los años y experiencia, ir desarrollando un estilo propio, especialmente en el tema de los arroces.
La idea del taller surge de las numerosas consultas que me llegan sobre los arroces. Es entonces cuando empiezo a ser consciente de que mi pasión por los arroces secos y mi conocimiento sobre ellos son de gran utilidad y que puedo facilitar la tarea a todos vosotros compartiendo mi experiencia y explicando lo que no viene en los libros.
