Esta masterclass gratuita será la Presentación de la clase de yoga en Familia que se dará cada lunes a las 17:30 a partir del 1 de octubre.
Este día, 17 de septiembre, tendremos la oportunidad de conocernos y tendremos la oportunidad de profundizar en algunos detalles sobre cómo será una clase de yoga en Familia con bebé. Habrá bebés a partir de los 8 meses hasta los 3 o 4 años de edad, cada cual exige una atención diferente por lo cual se intentará a crear espacio para cada uno intentando de igual manera de seguir y mantener un camino juntos.
El punto central para este día es la "imitación". Se creerán movimientos, asana y juegos. No faltarán la relajación, meditación y los masajes para compartir y disfrutar juntos.
Clase anual y regular a partir del 1 de octubre a la 17:30 de Yoga en Familia con bebés.
Seguiremos una línea Pedagógica Waldorf y Pikler para mantener y aprender con una mirada cariñosa y atenta el desarrollo y el crecimiento de cada etapas a partir del primer momento de vida del bebé. Con el yoga además podremos disfrutar juntos momentos intensos compartiendo con juegos, asanas, canto y música,pinturas y colores, manualidad, relajación, meditación y masajes. La imitación y la imaginación como fuente educativa.
