    El mindfulness es la práctica de poner atención y abrir el corazón a lo que estás experimentando en el momento presente.

    Objetivos del curso

    La finalidad del mindfulness es aligerar el malestar asociado a las emociones aflictivas y al estrés negativo y promover estados mentales positivos.

    Programa del curso

    Semana 1: Crear la base de vivir en el presente

    Meditación: exploración corporal

    • Salir del piloto automático y la ansiedad
    • Conexión con el cuerpo como puerta a la presencia

    Semana 2: Aceptación y manejo de pensamientos y emociones

    Meditación: Exploración del cuerpo centrada en la respiración

    • Cómo dejar ir los pensamientos negativos
    • Técnicas para regular las emociones difíciles y transformarlas

    Semana 3: La reducción del estrés. La multitarea. Modo Ser vs. Modo Hacer

    Meditación:Consciencia del espacio sonoro

    Semana 4: La suspensión de los juicios. La percepción des del juicio o la observación: ¿Quién soy yo?

    Meditación: Respiración consciente centrada en el abdomen, entre otras.

    Semana 5: Compasión y autocompasión

    Meditación centrada en la autocompasión

    • Reconocer nuestra voz autocrítica y sustituirla
    • Prácticas para incorporar la autocompasión en momentos difíciles
    • Comunicación consciente. Presencia y sintonía. Empatía.
    • Proceso para trabajar con el enfado

    Semana 6: Actuar con consciencia. El camino de la consciencia plena

    Meditación: Cultivar estados mentales positivos.
