Galería Carey os propone un cusro de iniciación a la cata del cava. Empezará a las 11 con un pica a pica y una breve explicación durante el cual descubrirán todos los matices de este arte gastronómico. Nuestro especialista en cava empezará por explicarles la elaboración del cava, la crianza de este y las diferencias de elaboración entre el cava y el vino. Tenemos como propósito transmitirles nuestra pasión por el cava, así que darles a conocer todo el proceso de elaboración de este producto y el arte de su degustación y así difundir la cultura ancestral del cava.
El curso incluye la cata de dos cavas y un vino, además de un rico pica pica para disfrutar del evento, y para finalizar regalamos una botella de cava artesanal, con el precio de venta al público por 19.95€.
