- Ekitaldietarako nahitaezkoa izango da gonbidapenak edukitzea (helduak zein adingabeak).
- Gonbidapenak ekitaldi-dataren aurreko astetik hasi eta emanaldia hasi baino ordu eta erdi lehenago arte eskuratu ahal izango dira, online edo zentro zibikoetan eta kultur etxeetan (10:00-13:00).
- Gehienez 2 gonbidapen pertsona bakoitzeko.
- Segurtasun-protokoloa dela eta, ohi baino motelagoa izango da tokietan kokatzea, beraz, aurreratu ordu erdiz iritsiera-ordua.
- Las actuaciones serán gratuitas, al aire libre y con limitación de aforo.
- Será necesario disponer de invitaciones para poder acceder a la actuación tanto adultos como menores.
- Las invitaciones se podrán adquirir desde la semana anterior a la fecha hasta hora y media antes de la actuación, de manera online o presencial en los centros cívicos y casas de cultura (10:00-13:00).
- Máximo 2 invitaciones por persona.
- Debido al protocolo de seguridad el acomodo será más lento de lo acostumbrado, adelante su llegada media hora.

I have not received my Pink ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Pink tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Pink tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Pink ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
