Método Hobby Kitchen Batch Cooking que adaptaras a tus necesidades y estilo de vida.
Cocinaremos con verduras, hortalizas y frutas de temporada sin olvidarnos de la parte proteica, con las carnes, aves, pescados y huevos.
4 semanas donde aprenderás a organizar tu despensa, nevera y congelador, cada dia de clase se elaboraran 4 recetas, al menos 2 de ellas cocinaremos juntos, con un producto para que al acabo de las 4 clases tengas un gran abanico de hábitos saludables y variados.
23 de abril Sopas, crema y aves.

7 de mayo Hortalizas y pescados
14 de mayo Verduras y huevos

Aparte de ser licenciada en económicas que nunca llegue a ejercer, mi pasión es la cocina, soy Técnico Superior en Dietética y Técnico Superior en Dirección de Cocina entre otros estudios, imparto cursos de cocina sobre todo a principiantes.
Ahora tengo el reto de fascinar a los demás enseñándote todas las virtudes que tienen los alimentos, para adquirir hábitos saludables partiendo de la riqueza gastronómica de la Dieta Mediterránea, ONLINE O PRESENCIAL.
