Seguramente hayas escuchado hablar muchas veces de Programación Neurolingüística o PNL y todavía no tienes muy claro qué es o para que sirve.
Nuestra neurología es como un gran banco de datos. Estos datos, son fruto de nuestros aprendizajes a lo largo de toda la vida. La manera en como pensamos, sentimos y comportamos está pautada por esos aprendizajes, y cursiosamente nuestro nivel de consciencia es pequeño si tenemos en cuenta toda la información que hay en nuestra red neuronal.
En definitiva, como percibimos la realidad está sujeto a nuestras vivencias.
La Pogramación Neurolíngüística es una herramienta que nos ayuda a explorar nuestra propia experiencia. Nos facilita la capacidad de observar y flexibilizar nuestros comportamientos. A través de un conjunto de técnicas logramos conocernos mejor, ser creativos, mejorar la comunicación y modificar patrones de comportamiento en nuestras relaciones.
Dirigido a: todas aquellas personas que quieran aproximarse y experimentar cómo la PNL. No son necesario conocimientos previos.
