Liberamos, a través del movimiento consciente, de posturas y ejercicios de tratamiento los patrones posturales que te definen así como los puntos de tensión y las zonas de bloqueo de tu cuerpo donde la energía, la respiración y el movimiento han perdido su armonía.
Trabajamos a favor y no en contra del cuerpo: no lo forzamos,no le sobreexigimos. Enfatizamos en la calidad del movimiento, la postura, el ritmo, la curiosidad y la atención consciente.
Buscamos que la persona pueda sentirse autónoma en su cuidado, ya que el objetivo es aprender a sentir y escuchar el cuerpo permitiendo así que procesos innatos e inteligentes en nuestro organismo surjan y logren cambios fisiológicos y psico-emocionales. Avanzando en la medida de nuestras posibilidades.
Sesión amena con ejercicios sencillos y de intensidad baja o moderada.
No olvides traer ropa cómoda.
