A través de la escucha atenta y sensible del cuerpo, se liberan, rehabilitan e integran estratos olvidados que perduran en nuestro inconsciente, permitiendo de este modo acceder a una “información” no mental que nos predispone a aceptar y encajar el flujo vital, desanclando viejos esquemas para poder así recibir lo nuevo."
