Nuestra tendencia natural es buscar la calma interior. Pero alcanzar este estado requiere de un proceso, de un viaje interior hacia el autoconocimiento. A través de este viaje, podemos tomar consciencia de esos patrones y creencias de dolor y sanarlos.
El objetivo de este retiro es realizar un tramo de este viaje interior al autoconocimiento.
