Del 28 de junio al 2 julio, nos juntamos para un retiro de Kundalini Yoga especial para mujeres. La temática será la sexualidad sagrada y consciente.
¿Qué actividades hay?
Kundalini Yoga, Meditación, Paseos conscientes y baños de naturaleza, danza, Talleres especiales sexualidad (el derecho al placer, orgasmos y punto G, sensualidad y sexualidad etc.), Relajación guiada, Mantras etc.
El sitio donde nos alojamos tiene piscina y podremos hacer una escapadita a la playa del Portús muy cerquita!
¿A quién va dirigido?
A todas las mujeres deseosas de tener un respiro y desconectar. Si tienes ganas de cambio, evolucionar o sientes la necesidad de reconectar con tu esencia femenina y honrarte como mujer, este retiro es para ti.
¿Es apto para todo el mundo?
Si este retiro es apto para todas. No hace falta experiencia previa en yoga o haber participado en círculos de mujeres.

Pensión completa, incluye:
