Retiro de Silencio y Meditación desde el 24 hasta el 27 de junio 2021
con Carmen Augusto compañera de camino de Eric Rolf durante 30 años.
Desde el 24 hasta el 27 de junio puedes darte un espacio de tiempo para ti. Para mirar hacia tu interior y poder hacer la conexión con tu esencia o el alma, es para conectar con ella de forma consciente y una manera de hacerlo es a través de la respiración consciente y la meditación.
Recuerda que el exterior es una manifestación de tu interior así que, si quieres manifestar una vida rica en todos los sentidos primero tienes que ocuparte de tu parte interior.
Practicaremos diferentes tipos de respiración y meditación, además de visualizaciones guiadas para lograr conectar con tu alma, tu esencia, también para que puedas encontrar cuál de ellas te sirve mejor a ti.
Durante este tiempo que estaremos juntos vamos hacer prácticas de:
...Respiraciones para conectar con tu parte más profunda, para hacer conexión con tu verdadero "ser" tu alma.
...Meditación.
...Visualizaciones para llegar a otros estados de consciencia.
... Meditación guiada para abrir el corazón.
...Respiración de fuego para despertar los chacras.
...Regresiones

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Silencio Dinámico tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
