Por que en Yoga Weeks apostamos por una vida natural, feliz, sana y holística, presentamos este Taller que os enseñará cómo crear vuestro propio Huerto Urbano.
Un taller enfocado para todas aquellas personas interesadas en tener adquirir conocimientos y práctica para tener una terraza o terrado comunitario verde y comestible, en centros urbanos. ¿No os parece que es una paso más al estilo de vida del futuro que queremos?
Aprenderemos los principios básicos de cultivo de alimentos, así como plantas aromáticas para cocinar y hacer infusiones, nos mancharemos un poco las manos y aprenderemos las rotaciones y asociaciones más interesantes. Además os podréis llevar vuestras pequeñas creaciones. ¡Urbano y Saludable es posible!
