Una constelación familiar es un método terapéutico, desarrollado por Bert Hellinger, que trabaja directamente con el inconsciente, la parte más profunda de nuestro ser.
Con una constelación podemos tratar, entre muchos otros, los siguientes temas:
• Conflictos de pareja, actual o anterior.
• Dificultades en las relaciones familiares.
• Adicciones.
• Recursos para encarar enfermedades.
• Problemas de fertilidad. Adopciones.
• Destinos difíciles: muertes prematuras, abortos…
• Traumas de la infancia.
• Auto-sabotaje para no conseguir éxito económico, profesional o personal.
• Pérdidas y lutos. Acontecimientos trágicos.
En la sesión del día 2 de diciembre trataremos el tema:
Nuestros hijos: ¿Tienes problemas con tus hijos?
Alimentación, sueño, rabietas, relación entre hermanos, TDAH, fracaso escolar, falta de motivación...
