El próximo sábado 9 de febrero, de 17 a 20h en Madrid, tendremos un taller de Kundalini Yoga & Fertilidad. En este taller, nos centraremos en el ciclo menstrual y como puede ayudar tu fertilidad, hablaremos de una alimentación adecuada y saludable para la mujer y pondremos en práctica posturas y ejercicios prácticos de yoga para potenciar el embarazo.
