Si sientes que necesitar cerrar una relación de manera saludable y consciente, si tienes ganas de pasar página con tu ex, o si necesitas expresar como te sientes para verbalizar tu tristeza, este taller es para ti. A través de dinámicas grupales e individuales, tendremos la oportunidad de expresarnos, dejar salir nuestras emociones más guardadas. Practicaremos Kundalini Yoga y una meditación especial para dejar ir nuestras relaciones pasadas. Tendrás la oportunidad de recibir una sanación individual de útero para sanar las heridas pasadas y abrirte a lo nuevo.
