Sesiones que se enfocan en la musculatura profunda gracias a un trabajo de sinergia postural espalda-abdominales reforzando las articulaciones y reeducando nuestra postura.
Basado en los principios del Dr. Philip Suchard, Javier propone también ejercicios que revisitan posturas de yoga, pilates, así como ejercicios más tradicionales a fin de adaptarlos a las necesidades de cada persona.
