En este nivel se enseña la historia de Reiki, se recibe la primera iniciación, la importancia de los chakras y la instrucción sobre la imposición de manos.
Como este nivel es una apertura hacia lo que es el Reiki de forma moderada para que La persona se adapte sin problemas, actúa más a nivel físico.
La iniciación es un proceso en el cual se abren tus chakras coronario, corazón y palmas y te une con la fuente ilimitada de energía Reiki a partir de este primer nivel.
En este Nivel, la persona pasa por un proceso de limpieza que dura 21 días. La persona puede sentir dolores inexistentes, sentimientos como: angustias, ansiedades, etc. Este 'proceso es temporal y Varia según la persona. Otros pasan 21 días de limpieza sin dolores o cualquier sentimiento extraño.
Es aconsejable que al recibir Reiki I, las primeras aplicaciones sean hechas a uno mismo para sentir y vivir el Reiki.
Con Reiki I puedes energizar personas, animales, medicamentos, cristales, piedras o cualquier objeto.
Taller de 10 horas con 2 para comer.

Que es la energía reiki, como hacer un tratamiento a ti mismo y a otras personas, como usar tu energía con la del universo para que no te canses en un tratamiento, la sensación de paz que da el reiki.
