Se trata de un espacio organizado por nuestra Escuela para toda aquella persona, sola o acompañada, que desee dedicarse un tiempo a sí misma para su bienestar.
A través de juegos y dinámicas sencillas allanamos el terreno para propiciar un reencuentro con la espontaneidad, la creatividad, la complicidad, el gozo y un estado mental sereno. Se favorece la liberación de la risa profunda ayudando a liberar estrés y tensiones, generando un estado de bienestar y empoderamiento agradable.
Todo ello se realiza de manera progresiva y respetuosa haciendo que la experiencia sea fácil y beneficiosa para todos los participantes sea cual sea su condición.
Organiser
Nuestra Escuela une el mundo de Risoterapia y Arteterapia porque son mundos que hablan lenguajes de la misma familia, la de la creatividad y espontaneidad.
Nuestras herramientas son: juego, risa, movimiento, artes y meditación guiada.
Invitamos a explorar desde la libertad, el respeto y la aceptación disfrutando el proceso, tanto si tienes 8 u 80 años.
