Explorando el interior es un proyecto que tiene como finalidad el trabajo personal en cada uno de los participantes y ayudados del grupo trabajar diversos contenidos relacionados con la toma de conciencia a través del teatro Gestáltico, el movimiento, la música y la voz para ello, los participantes explorarán y descubrirán los límites de la expresión corporal, la imaginación, la escucha.
A través de esta experiencia y con una amplia variedad de ejercicios las personas tendrán la oportunidad de llegar a conocerse mejor a sí mismos, para explorar la complejidad de su ser, fomentar nuestra salud emocional y encontrar formas de integrar y armonizar esta complejidad en torno al centro más íntimo de cada uno de nosotros para tener una relación más sana con nosotros mismos y con el ambiente que nos rodea.
