A l'inici de la primavera sentim la crida de la natura a sortir cap a l’exterior, desfer-nos de la mandra del hivern per expandir-nos i créixer plens de vida.
Et proposem unes vacances diferents amb tot un seguit d’activitats que t'ajudaran a desconnectar i sentir-te millor: ioga, chi kung, relaxacions, passejades i excursions, gestió de l’estrès, etc. pensades per descansar, harmonitzar-te i recuperar energia durant aquests dies. Tot plegat, amb una dinàmica relaxada que et permeti recuperar la connexió amb tu mateix(a) i amb la natura.
Serà a Mas Carbò, una encantadora casa rural, situada al cor de les Guilleries, rodejada de boscos espectaculars, prats, silenci i quietud.
