    Los Jardines del Buen Retiro encierran casi cuatro siglos de historias. Desde su fundación en la época de Felipe IV han sido un lugar clave de la corte madrileña. Desde los juegos y teatros barrocos hasta los paseos burgueses y caprichos románticos, pasando por el secretismo del reservado fernandino. A finales del siglo XIX se convirtieron estas 118 hectáreas en un museo urbano plagado de monumentos donde se celebraban exposiciones internacionales que nos han legado arquitecturas tan imponentes como el Palacio de Cristal. Hablaremos de la historia de sus visitantes, de sus habitantes pétreos, de sus arquitecturas y de su naturaleza humanizada. ¡Un paraíso por descubrir!
