Yin Yoga es un estilo de yoga más lento, donde las posturas se sostienen durante un periodo de tiempo más largo de manera que podemos llegar en profundidad al estiramiento de tendones, ligamentos, fascias y músculos, incrementando la circulación sanguínea y mejorando la flexibilidad, además de conectar y cultivar la observación, el silencio interior y la meditación.
Son multiples los benefiicos que se obtienen con el hatha yoga, tanto a nivel fisico, como mental y emocionalmente

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your YIN YOGA tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. I wish to cancel my YIN YOGA ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
